The separate master bedroom, which has been tastefully styled and furnished, lies off the main living area and has a super king-sized bed and its own Smart TV. One of the highlights of the property is its fabulous balcony, which has incredible views across the bay. Enjoy breakfast in the sunshine, or watch the sunset with a glass of bubbly, all while soaking up the stunning scenes of a shifting sky and sparkling sea.

With Torquay's palm tree-lined promenade, Princess Gardens, and the harbour just a few minutes' walk from the front door, guests can experience all that the town is famous for without the need to drive. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area, too, including Pier Point, which overlooks the marina, and Rockfish on the town's harbour. Hop on the ferry from the harbour and sail over to Brixham, where you can stroll the Breakwater and enjoy fish and chips on the quay. Or drive there and stop off at Paignton Pier or Paignton Zoo along the way for a fabulous outing with the kids. Cockington Village and Country Park is just 2 miles away, while Babbacombe Downs, a few minutes' drive, has several good restaurants as well as its Cliff Railway.
