The iconic tram 28 stops right in front of the apartment, linking Chiado to Alfama, Estrela and Prazeres — a charming way to discover the city. Several Carris bus lines have stops just a few metres away, providing connections to all parts of Lisbon.
For those who prefer to explore on foot, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Baixa and Cais do Sodré are all within a 10-minute walk. Taxis and Uber are widely available in the area and can easily be hailed on the street or booked via app.
Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately 20 to 30 minutes away by taxi or Uber, and can also be reached by metro with one change at Alameda station.
This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).
We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.
For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag.
Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
