This recently renovated upper ground floor apartment is set in the heart of Notting Hill, just moments from Portobello Road Market, yet tucked away from the crowds. With the nearest underground station less than a 7-minute walk away, you can reach central London in under 20 minutes, the perfect base for exploring the city from one of its most iconic neighbourhoods.



The Space:

As you enter the flat, the hallway opens onto a spacious living area with high ceilings and large windows that flood the room with natural light. Here, you’ll find a charming dining table and a very comfortable double sofa bed with a proper mattress, which easily folds away into a standard sofa when not in use, perfect for cosy Netflix evenings on the 55-inch smart TV.



From the hallway, there is also access to a bright bathroom featuring both a shower and a bath. Towards the rear of the flat, the quiet bedroom overlooks the peaceful back of the building and includes a highly comfortable orthopaedic bed, blackout blinds, ample wardrobe space, and its own TV.



Finally, at the end of the flat, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying your morning coffee from the Nespresso machine.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time.

Getting Around:

Getting around from the flat is incredibly easy:

- Westbourne Park and Ladbroke Grove Underground Stations: just under a 7-minute walk.

- Central London (Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace): around 5-10-minute underground journey.

- Paddington Station: just one stop on the Underground (approximately a 5-minute journey).

- Heathrow Airport: a direct 15-minute train from Paddington.

- The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.

- ⁠Same-day bookings: check-in time is 5pm instead of 3pm. to allow us time to prepare the property.
