The location is fantastic. The flat itself is a bit worn but not terribly so. No issues with hot water as others reported. Linens were comfortable. Dishes and kitchen adequately stocked. Towels could be updated, worn and rough. Nice touches of water and shampoos waiting for us.

Loved our stay! Location was perfect - easy to get to train station and felt very safe walking around. Kitchen was a great size and well stocked with tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great. Spacious, comfortable rooms, laundry on site. But the location near Paddington Station is the best part of the rental. It made enjoying London that much easier!

Besides the prime location, we would not stay here again. Issues with unusable Wi-Fi and scalding hot shower water made it very difficult to relax after a long day of traveling.Pros Location: Extremely convenient location—very close to Paddington Station and plenty of surrounding restaurants. Amenities: Basic coffee and tea options were provided.Cons Unusable Wi-Fi & Support: Wi-Fi speed was below 5 Mbps, making it virtually unusable. The host relies on a 24/7 third-party customer service center that was unable to resolve the issue. Plumbing Issues: Shower water temperature only came out scalding hot. The bathroom sink is also extremely small. Maintenance & Cleanliness: The flat looks fine at first glance, but you quickly notice wear, cracks, and chipping. The couches didn't look clean (we covered them with a sheet), and the towels are old and due for replacement. Basement Level & Privacy: Located on the basement level, so pedestrians at street level can look straight into the bedroom unless the blinds are drawn. Noise: A noisy area overall—definitely not recommended for families or light sleepers looking for quiet.Tips Set Expectations: Best suited only if location is your absolute top priority and you don't mind street noise or basic accommodations.w

Super clean, lovely apartment, really nice amenities, there is a French Press coffee maker, so picking up coffee at Paddington Station was really easy. SOOOOO close to the station, a block away! Once you reach the building, keep going straight and down the stairs, it is a basement apt. Super quiet too, and even though the weather was very warm for London, the apt stayed cool. There are fans, but we didn't need them. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the washer/dryer combination. It was new and we needed instructions (they aren't common where we live). The instructions were provided by the host (thank you!). Unfortunately, the clothes did not dry. Oh well, lesson learned, we could have improvised and turned on fan probably, but no time to think with all the sight-seeing. I highly, highly recommend this apt! Love : )

We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback were the beds. They were so low to the floor and the mattresses were hard. The location was great, it was just a block from the train station.

Great place

We had a great stay. We were there for three nights and were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything except dish towels which was not a problem. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was amazing. Were were able to get groceries at the market at Paddington Station plus tasty meat pies and sushi.
