By day you can see Paphos stretched before you, whether you are sitting in the large window in the lounge, on the master bedroom balcony, on one of the deep-cushioned, comfy sunbeds,

or while taking a dip in the inviting infinity edge pool.

The sunsets from Villa Nirvana are breathtaking, and by night there is something magical about watching the twinkling lights of the town from the comfort of your villa.



Just a short drive away, you’ll find the best of the area:

• 20 minutes to Coral Bay Beach, Venus Beach, Sandy Beach.

• 15 minutes to Paphos town and 20 minutes to Paphos harbour

• 5 minutes to Tala Square and Center



The Space:

Completed to a high standard, the light and airy interior is complemented by stylish modern furniture and a well equipped Italian kitchen.

The three bedrooms, one of them en-suite, each have a king size bed.



Guest Access:

We recommend having a car to fully enjoy the area and easily reach nearby beaches, restaurants and shops



The Neighborhood:

Tala is a modern village where you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a charming, authentic old center with wonderful tavernas- all overlooking breathtaking views.

You can visit the Monastery of Saint Neophytos , an historic and peaceful monastery carved into the rock, known for its beautiful frescoes and stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Just 3 minutes away is the pastoral and authentic village of Tremithousa, where you’ll find a lovely local pub and an organic health food shop.

One more minute’s drive brings you to the Mesogi area, home to a 24/7 bakery, recommended local tavernas, a café, pharmacies, a supermarket, and more.

This main road leads all the way to Paphos, and along it you’ll find an abundance of shops and services.

This is a self-catering accommodation. We provide basic starter supplies to help you settle in comfortably.

For ongoing supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase what you need from local supermarkets.

We will be happy to recommend you nearby stores and any local tips.
