Please note the check-in time is at 17:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Free street parking is generally available in the area. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. We do not allow pets. For families with young children, a crib and stair gates are available upon request. Pool Area
• Use plastic glasses only near the pool — glass is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
• Bring your own towels to the pool area. Pool towels are not provided for outdoor use.
• Do not hang towels or laundry over balcony railings. This is out of respect for neighbors and the overall appearance of the building.
• Please keep the pool area tidy and respect other guests sharing the space.
• Observe any posted pool hours and rules set by the community.

Keys & Access
• Never leave your key on the inside of the door lock. If the key is left inside, it blocks the lock cylinder from the outside — meaning you cannot be let in if you get locked out, and emergency access may be delayed.
• Always store your key in a safe place inside the apartment when not in use.
• Lost keys must be reported immediately.

General Conduct
• Please be considerate of neighbors at all times.
• Quiet hours apply between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels low during these hours.
• No parties or events are permitted on the premises.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on shared premises.

Community Regulations
• Follow all parking regulations on the property and show consideration for neighboring vehicles.
• Shared spaces (hallways, stairwells, pool area, gardens) should be left clean and tidy after use.
