Cozy apartment surrounded by nature inside Capo d’Arco Residence, one of the most exclusive and green residential areas on the eastern coast of Elba Island.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, one double bedroom and a bathroom. The interiors are simple and functional, ideal for guests who want to spend most of their time outdoors and by the sea.

The apartment is located within the garden of the main villa but has its own independent entrance and dedicated outdoor area. The gardens of the two properties are separated but not completely fenced from each other.

The real highlight of the property is the private outdoor area with garden and furnished patio, perfect for outdoor meals, relaxing moments and peaceful holidays surrounded by Mediterranean nature.

The apartment is located inside the private Capo d’Arco residence, immersed in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. Guests can enjoy the residence facilities including swimming pools, restaurants, bars, mini market, sports areas and sea access.

The swimming pools are usually open from late May until the end of September. The beach, saltwater pools and freshwater pools can all be reached within a short walk.

The nearest town is Porto Azzurro, just a few minutes away by car.
