Anniversary Weekend Dinner & Bar-B-Que

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this location. The property provided our guest with all the amenities needed for a fabulous weekend. The property management staff were attentive and resourceful, and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and serene. We Loved it and will stay there again in the future.

Holiday Rentals was wonderful to work with. The house would have been amazing except that the dishwasher and ice-maker didn't work and the lights over the outdoor kitchen were out which led to grilling with flashlights. Also one of the beds that was listed as a queen bed was actually a double which resulted in one of our guests sleeping on the truly terrible pull out sofa bed.

Luxury villa

Everything was perfect. From booking to checkin and throughout our stay we had zero problems or concerns. We had activities planned away from the house but really could have stayed at home the entire time and been content. If we come back to Scottsdale we will 100% be staying here again.

Spacious Villa in PV

I had really good experience with property management staff. They were easy to work with and very responsive. They were also able to accommodate the group schedules. This house has a very nice patio outside with several games for all ages. Pool is also very nice including hot tub. Highly recommend this property for large groups, there is plenty of room! Location is very good, with access to good dining, shopping and golf.

Best Time

We had the absolute best time at this property! This was for 40th bday celebration and was friends and some family and couples. The management company that assisted made everything SEAMLESS and had great recommendations. It was truly amazing! The house and casita were incredible, and we loved playing pickle ball. 10/10

Gorgeous house and property

House is beautiful and spacious. Huge kitchen and living space. Outdoor area has nice pool, outdoor grilling cabana, and a huge yard. We really enjoyed our stay here. The property managers do an excellent job communicating with their clients and the property is very well kept. Only negative is the neighborhood does have a very strict noise policy, which the managers did explain well. But, the owners don’t allow access to their music system and you are not allowed to play music outside and have to be indoors by 9:00 PM. Just something to consider depending on your group

Spring Break

The size and grandeur of the home and outdoor space was amazing. Cleanliness was ok and better than most rental homes we have stayed in previously. Access to a vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan would have been nice. Definitely worth the extra cost to have the pool heated as we used it every day. Plenty of eating and seating areas. However the furnishings are not clean and somewhat run down(especially outside) Communication with guest services after we arrived was not good at all. We requested 2 pack and plays before arrival and they were confirmed by guest services ahead of time but were not available on day of arrival. We would consider renting this property again but lack of communication after arrival and response time from guest services is an issue.

Great location with many great amenities!

Paradise Palms was more than able to accommodate my group of family and friends in town for Spring Training baseball. The best part of this house is the outdoor space: pool, hot tub, fire-pit, basketball/pickleball court, grass areas with lawn games... Both the kids and the adults had a wonderful time soaking in the Arizona Sun. We did have a few small issues during our stay (e.g. ants on the pool deck, broken furniture); however, the communication with the property manager was quick and easy and all of our issues were addressed quickly.

Beautiful home. Amazing pool. The guest house was the icing on the cake. Our family of 18 stayed for 6 days. We left once mid-stay as a group and went to a dine in movie. So much space and so much to do. And the last night there we had dinner around that amazing dining table. WONDERFUL BEYOND WORDS! Pictures do not do this home justice!

A personal resort of a home! Private, large estate

Perfect for our large group. This was a beautiful home with so much interior space and a backyard full of activities. The pool setup is incredible and provided a great getaway from downtown, yet very accessible and still only minutes away from Old Town restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommended!

Perfect home for large groups and families

Huge home! This is a stunning and very spacious property. You don't realize the magnitude of the place, until you are there in person. A perfect place to rent for multiple families. Gorgeous Mansion!!

This home is perfect for large groups! We had a group of 18 girls and we had more than enough room in this beautiful home! Its location makes it a breeze to get around town and HolidayRental was so helpful giving advice for at home chef services, massages etc! The pool was a big hit and the whole home was roomy and so cozy!. This was the epitome of luxury living. If you are looking for a nice stay you have found it!
