The house has a spacious plot of 1648 square meters, ensuring plenty of space for outdoor activities. With only 300 meters to the water, this house is ideal for those who want to enjoy beach life and water sports. On the large natural plot, you will find a covered terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or a cozy dinner under the stars. There is also an open terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun.



For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with modern facilities, including an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a large fridge with 30-litre freezer. The coffee machine is also ready to brew your favourite coffee. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer, making it easy to keep the house clean and tidy during your stay.



The house has three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, which can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition, there is a high chair, so that even the youngest guests can feel comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, ensuring convenience for all guests.



To ensure a pleasant atmosphere all around, the house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump that can also function as air conditioning, so you can adjust the temperature as you wish. In the living room you will find a television with access to both Danish and German TV, as well as Chromecast for streaming your favorite programs.
