In addition, the community has a large generator to provide electricity to all apartments in the event of a power outage.

The apartment is conveniently located 10-15 minutes walking from downtown Terrenas however, we recommend you to have a vehicle or four wheels to go explore the surroundings of LT and what this beautiful province has to offer!

The condo has 3 air conditioners in split units. Please use them in moderation. Turn them off when not in use or when going out.
