The resort enjoys a privileged outdoor setting in one of Switzerland's most scenic alpine environments. The yard areas within the complex provide pleasant open spaces where guests can relax and take in the mountain surroundings. Motor access to the property is available, and guests are kindly reminded to carry snow chains during the winter season. A limited number of parking spaces are available within the residence at an extra charge, with public parking located 300 metres away. It is worth noting that the interior parking spaces within the residence are neither enclosed nor monitored. Additional public parking areas are also accessible within a short walk from the property. When snow conditions are favourable, the house can be reached directly on skis, adding a uniquely alpine dimension to your arrival experience.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 210 cm, and the second bedroom mirrors this configuration with an identical double bed setup. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a practical and comfortable option for younger guests or additional occupants. The apartment features an open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living space, complete with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. The 2 bathrooms are configured separately, with one featuring a bath and WC, and the other offering a shower and WC, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.
