On the upper floor, which is accessed via stairs, there are 4 rooms, all with double beds, two of them with access to the terrace with views of the pool and the sea. On the upper floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have a fan, 2 of the rooms have their own air conditioning, and in the hallway of the upper floor, there is a split-type air conditioning that indirectly supplies the other 2 rooms, and on the lower floor, where the living room and kitchen are located, there is also 1 air conditioning unit.



The pool area is totally private, and is composed of a spacious pool, chill out zone, dining area, and barbecue.



The house has high-speed WiFi.



The house is 5 minutes by car from the beach, and you also have the El Higueron shopping center 3 minutes walking distance, with a Carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy, several restaurants, and other businesses.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.
