Inside, the former 15th century family Palace blends history and modernity with restored ceilings and designed forward interiors. Restored original ceilings and curated interiors create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere complimented by a subtle garden inspired pallet that reflects the surrounding Tuscan landscape. The open layout is designed for both ease and connection, centered around a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and purified water. The elegant, living area, featuring a pullout queen, size sofa, flows seamlessly into the dining space, where a table for eight sits beside a dedicated coffee and wine bar with wine refrigerator. A pop-up window table offers seating for two, an ideal spot to take in the views with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The apartment includes two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. One bedroom features a large king bed and a dedicated workspace, while both offer ample wardrobe and dresser storage for longer stays. One en suite bath features, privacy, glass walls, a thoughtful architectural solution that preserves the historic integrity of the space, where a restored ceiling fresco as a distinctive and memorable touch. Bathrooms include full-size showers with rain, heads and hand showers, along with bidets and one fully automatic. The defining feature of the home is its expensive private terrace, overlooking the rolling Tuscan Hills with three distant legs that catch the light like ribbons throughout the day. Designed for both relaxing and entertaining, the Terrace offers outdoor dining for up to eight, along with comfortable sofa and lounge seating perfect for slow warnings sunset Aperitivo, and taking in uninterrupted panoramic views.
