Nadì Home welcomes its guests just a few steps from the sea in Pesaro, in a privileged location where the Adriatic breeze and natural light accompany every moment of the day. The sea-view terrace is the true heart of the apartment: a small retreat suspended between sky and sea, perfect for sunny breakfasts, relaxing moments, or sunset dinners.



THE SPACE

Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, Nadì Home is a bright and well-kept apartment ideal for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A baby cot for children aged 0–2 is available on request.



The terrace is the most distinctive feature of Nadì Home. Furnished with a table and chairs, it offers a private and welcoming space with direct views over the sea and Pesaro’s seafront. It is the perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts, reading moments, or sunset dinners accompanied by the sound of the sea.



The interiors feature light floors, white walls, and essential furnishings that enhance natural light and create a fresh, relaxing atmosphere.



The open-plan living area combines kitchen and lounge. The compact but fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and espresso machine. The dining table is practical and can also be used as a workspace.



The living room is cozy, with a light-colored sofa, Smart TV, and well-organized spaces designed for comfort and relaxation after a day at the beach or in the city.



The double bedroom is bright and airy, decorated in neutral tones with soft fabrics that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The window allows natural light in and offers a pleasant view of the neighborhood.



The bathroom is modern and functional, finished in light materials and equipped with a shower, towels, and essential toiletries.

Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and are always available for assistance, recommendations, and local tips during the stay.



For those wishing to explore the area authentically, experiences such as fresh pasta cooking classes, sailing trips, and winery tastings can be suggested.



Pets are welcome; guests are kindly asked to provide everything needed for their stay. A supplement applies.



Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Nadì Home is located in one of the most convenient and strategic areas of Pesaro, just 50 meters from the equipped beach. The location allows easy walking access to the seafront, the historic center, the iconic “Palla di Pomodoro,” and the Rossini Theatre.



The area is lively and full of services, including restaurants, cafés, shops, and evening venues that animate city life year-round.



GETTING AROUND

Pesaro is a bike-friendly city with a long cycling path along the seafront that connects the city to Fano. Bicycle rentals are available nearby for easy and sustainable mobility.



Bus stops are within walking distance and connect the seafront with the historic center and the train station.



The location also allows easy access by car to Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, Gradara, and Gabicce Mare.



Pesaro train station is about 2 km away and reachable in a few minutes. Rimini Federico Fellini Airport is about 45–55 minutes by car.
