La Villetta Leccino – Ground Floor welcomes guests in the border area between Romagna and Marche, surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills. It is an ideal place for those seeking peace, nature, and a slow-paced holiday, while remaining close to the Adriatic coast and the towns of Gabicce, Cattolica, and Pesaro.



THE SPACE

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-unit holiday villa and can accommodate up to 5 guests, with the possibility of adding a cot for children aged 0–2 years.



The interiors are simple, functional, and designed for comfort and practicality, with direct access to the outdoor spaces.



The living area is a cosy space for relaxing and spending time together after days exploring the sea, countryside, and nearby villages.



The kitchen is spacious and bright, equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, kitchenware, and a coffee machine, with a large table perfect for shared meals.



The bedrooms are suitable for families or small groups, offering comfortable and well-organised spaces.



The bathroom is practical and functional, designed for everyday needs during the stay.



The covered porch and private fenced garden are the heart of the home: a private space for relaxing, reading, or dining outdoors, with sunset views over Monte Catria, Monte Nerone, and Monte Carpegna.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and are always available to offer assistance and local experiences, such as pasta-making classes, sailing trips, and wine tastings.



In October, guests may take part in the olive harvest and olive oil production, an authentic local tradition.



Pets are welcome with a supplement; guests are kindly asked to take care of their needs during the stay.



Smoking is not allowed inside the property.



THE AREA

The house is in a strategic location between hills and sea. The beaches of Gabicce, Cattolica, and Pesaro are just a short drive away.



Nearby is Gradara with its medieval castle, while Monte San Bartolo Natural Park offers scenic trails and charming villages such as Fiorenzuola di Focara and Castel di Mezzo.



GETTING AROUND

The nearby A14 motorway makes it easy to travel by car along the coast and inland.



Taxi and private transfer services are available for connections to train stations and airports.



The nearest train stations are Pesaro and Cattolica, while the main airports are Rimini, Ancona, and Bologna, all easily reachable.
