Great three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with excellent location between the port of Estepona and the beach. Residential area with all kinds of services nearby. One bedroom suite with full bathroom and two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower. South-facing, sunny terrace in front of the Estepona bullring designed by Salvador Dalí. The gated and private urbanization has two swimming pools and lawn areas. Just 15 minutes from the beautiful old town of Estepona which preserves the essence of a small Andalusian village mixing bars, shops and typical restaurants with those with an international atmosphere. The apartment has a garage space, although it is located next to a free car park.
* The pools are open all year round except in case of technical failure, storms and severe drought.
