The Space:

This thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to four guests. The apartment includes a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a full kitchen with an oven, stove, and essential equipment for preparing meals. It also features a washer for added convenience. Each accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom featuring a shower and hairdryer, and all essential amenities to ensure a comfortable visit. Whether you are traveling for leisure or business, this apartment provides a peaceful, functional space where you can relax, recharge, and feel at home.

The apartment is located in central Reykjavík, in the charming Þingholt neighborhood, known for its narrow lanes, colorful houses, and classic architecture. Just steps from Týsgata, you will find the iconic Hallgrímskirkja church towering above the city, as well as the lively Skólavörðustígur — Reykjavík's beloved rainbow street — lined with restaurants, galleries, and Icelandic design stores. Start your day with coffee and pastries at one of the many nearby cafés, then explore Laugavegur, the city's main shopping street, filled with boutiques, bookstores, and local eateries. For culture lovers, the Reykjavík Art Museum and the National Museum of Iceland are both easily within reach.



Other Things to Note:

Kindly note the water in Iceland has this particular smell because of the sulphur in it . It is in fact one of the cleanest and most delicious drinking water in the world. Unlike in many neighbouring countries, the Icelandic water is free of chlorine, calcium, and nitrate. We can assure you that the quality of tap water everywhere in Iceland is regularly monitored and tested.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip to Iceland, which covers issues as delayed baggage, travel accidents, weather trip cancellations and emergency overseas medical. EU members can use their European Health Insurance Card in Iceland (medical expenses).

For your safety, the common areas of the building and the front doors are monitored by security cameras.
