Ideal for families, groups, contractors and professionals, the home can accommodate up to 9 guests and provides the perfect base for both leisure and business stays. In addition to FREE WIFI, the property also benefits from a Smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a double sofabed, a SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax. It is styled with vintage furnishings and features a radiogram with records to choose from to set an ambience as you settle down for the evening.
DINING AREA:
The dining table seats up to 8 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay in Manchester, including an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, and microwave. The kitchen also features a washing machine for your convenience.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
The property features two full bathrooms - one is equipped with his and hers sinks, a toilet, roll top bathtub, providing comfort and convenience for larger groups and longer stays. The second bathroom features a walk in shower, sink and toilet. Each bathroom is designed to ensure guests have plenty of space and flexibility when getting ready for the day or relaxing in the evening.

One of the bedrooms is dedicated to my grandfather, who was Captain of Manchester City and Captain of England in the 1930s. The collages in the blue room quietly honor his life and connection to Manchester. Within the home, there are also subtle references to Emmeline Pankhurst and Christabel Pankhurst, as Manchester played a central role in the suffragette movement. The city was once known as “Cottonopolis”, as it was at the heart of the global cotton and textile trade. These ideas are reflected in the home with the textile shuttles displayed in the hallway upstairs. The home also nods to Manchester’s cultural legacy, with references to iconic indie bands from the 1980s and 1990s. Music, identity, and place is all layered into the experience of staying here.

*Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £xx extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
