Ideally located just a short distance from the city centre, the apartment sits close to the expansive green spaces of the Knavesmire and the famous York Racecourse—making it a perfect location for exploring the city.

Set within an impressive, shared building, the property is well-suited to families or couples. The welcoming entrance hall of the apartment opens into a spacious, open-plan living and dining area, alongside two generous double bedrooms, a sleek bathroom, and a utility room with an additional WC.

The living space is bright and inviting, featuring Scandinavian touches complemented by period details, including bay windows, bespoke shutters, and a beautifully restored marble fireplace with a gas fire. Comfortable furnishings include a plush velvet sofa, armchair, a dining table seating six, Smart TV, and even a piano for added character.
