LOCATION
The apartment is nestled in a natural setting of rare beauty, overlooking the sea just a short walk from the beautiful Piana Grande beach, which can be reached by car or, if you prefer, on foot. Surrounded by olive trees in a very quiet area, it is located within a fenced-in property with access through a private gate reserved exclusively for the residence—ideal for children who can play freely and safely, or for those who want to spend time outdoors. It is located on the first floor of a building accessible only by stairs and offers ample exclusive, private parking. The entire building is for the exclusive use of this residence.

The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, consisting of:
