Tropical Retreat with Serene Lagoon Pool Near White Sand Beaches: Beach4U

Beach4U is a one bedroom condo at the Purple Parrot Village Resort with a nice view of the Intercoastal Waterway from the upstairs screened in porch. This condo has warm, inviting furnishings and relaxing touches throughout. The living room includes a sleeper sofa as well as a mounted flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to make any meal from a light lunch to an exquisite dinner. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a mounted flat screen as well. This resort offers a 150,000 gallon outdoor oasis swimming pool complete with a waterfall cave and a bridge access island Jacuzzi just steps from your front door! Guests of PKRM enjoy complimentary excursions like Free golf, Deep sea fishing charters, Dolphin cruises, Nature Cruises and/or OWA Amusement park tickets.

~ The Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill will be closing seasonally this year for the cooler months and will not reopen until February 1, 2026. The pool and other amenities will remain open and available for guest and owner use. Beach4us!

SIGNAGE SIGNAGE SIGNAGE is needed. Adequate lighting is a problem when trying to navigate property at night especially without signage. The stairs to hot tub are not lighted and it was slippery so i found quite dangerous. If you would just have a custom sign made where the entry way is to the pool and tiki area that would be amazing! some HD lighting on the steps at the bridge to hot tub. never able to use indoor pool or sauna as our key did not work. contact billing@csfsigns.com if you are interested in a much needed sign.

A little slice of paradise

We stayed for 5 days. The condo was clean and everything was stocked. I would highly recommend anyone going to Perdido Key to stay here. The Blue Angel fly overs were a bonus.

The property was very clean and nice. There wasn’t a lot to do in the immediate area. But this is what we wanted as far as just some down time. The purple parrot was always a hit with their fabulous staff and live music!

Quick getaway

Short stay after a business trip to the area. Excellent accommodation for a semi-retired couple looking for a few days of downtime. Plenty of good dining nearby, also the Naval Aviation Museum. Would definitely stay again.

Great time..

I know the area well but have never stayed at purple parrot. Was a great time. Location of condo was perfect. Condo was as described. Just remember this is on 2nd floor and not first. Yes i did try to go in bottom condo. Thank god they were not there.
