Nice location

No complaints about the property in general. The room was as expected. The pool was closed, which I wasn’t aware of before booking, so that was upsetting. My children were solely looking forward to that. It would’ve been nice to have known prior.

The condo was lovely. Very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay there. The location was ideal and the view was amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

Peaceful

We came for a cheer competition and a little relaxing. The condo was clean and it had all we needed to get started. The family we have close by came to visit and we were able to move around in there quite comfortably. There are also plenty of places to eat or go get groceries close by, which ever you choose.

Some issues

I have stay at this property numerous times, normally a different unit. Decided to extend my stay the day before arriving. After being there 2 says we were offered 25% off to extend. This was not offered when we extended nor was it taken from the day we extended.very dising.

Easy to choose. Easy to book. Easy to get to. Immaculately clean. All the amenities. Great view. 50 yard access to beach. Helpful staff. We went at the start of the off-season ... so still sunny & warm with very few people.

It’s a great place to stay. My only complaint, and I’m sure you all have heard this before, it’s the lack of parking spaces. I know there’s nothing you can do about it now. But it does pose a problem.

Condo fantastic.

We can emphasize enough the condition, location of condo was superb. Would love to rent for a month or more. Just a little confused with renting thru VRBO then having to deal only with Southern Rentals only them having to kind of pass the buck back to VRBO. Couldn't understand as we've rented JUST with VRBO before and didn't have duplicate charges. But owner should be proud of how much work they did on condo. Perfect in all ways.

Property had Pros and Cons

The condo was nice and clean. It also had easy access to the beach. The cons were the light construction wasn’t so light. Construction crew was constantly on elevator. Construction crew almost dropped a piece of aluminum from the top story on my son’s head which would have been a serious injury. Elevator went completely out so we had to haul all luggage down the stairs to our vehicle. I contacted property management which said they would get back with me and never did.

Ideal Location and great Condo

The beaches were pretty much empty. Maybe because we came at the end of August, but it was sparse and all adults. There were no restrictions on our setting g up our own tent and beach chairs, but you could also rent a set-up for $40. The condo itself was great. Kitchen had everything we needed, but if you stay longer than a few days you’ll need to purchase toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. Bathroom soap is provided, but not shampoo and conditioner. The elevator was slow so if you’re an impatient soul, get a room on a lower floor so you can bypass the wait and take the stairs. Code didn’t work when we first attempted to access the condo, but a quick phone call and code re-set and we were in. Check out was a breeze. All that was required was to start a load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom was aces. The bunk beds in the hallway area are smallish and for kids only. We never tried the pullout bed in the couch so I can’t report if that was comfortable or not. The coffee pot is a regular 12-cup pot, not a Keurig in case you’re bringing coffee from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo in a great location

The condo was comfortable and spacious with a lovely view (and sound) of the Gulf. The beach was super quiet, even on the weekend. We especially liked that there was plenty to do nearby as it rained some. We spent all day at the Pensacola Naval Air Station and saw the Blue Angels practice (check their schedule), went to a mall in Navarre, and visited the USS Alabama and spent the morning in Mobile, AL. Great trip...and we even got to see a sea turtle hatchling!
