We’re a family of 5 and have been very comfortable, the apartament is very well located, the subway station is a cross the street and you get to Manhattan in 15 minutes. There’s a Target grocery store 2 blocks away, so you can get what you need to cook your breakfast or snacks.

Horrible experience with check in process, lack of info and codes upon arrival! One has to scan a sketchy looking QR at the front door pay the damage deposit which was a surprise and I find it unacceptable! Only then you’ll get the code to enter!Essentially nonexistent service,we had to wait 2 days to get the towels that we were missing!Rooms, floor quite dirty felt like they had not been cleaned for weeks! The location of the building was great though, close to subway, restaurants etc. This place is not worth the headache of going through it!Surprised it is even listed!

Wouldn’t stay here again if it was half the price of another Vrbo or hotel. Hotel is run It’s a foreign company that tries to remotely manage it, but does a poor job. The apartment has new floors and we got a 2 bedroom for 6 people, Upon check in the room had only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Messaged the hotel and they say to check with the front desk, but there is no front desk, it is an unstaffed hotel. Charged a 35 per day facility charge but there are no hotel facilities, when I called to ask what it was for they said it’s for hot water. The 2 bedroom hotel room has plates and glasses for 2 people only, not 6. The support desk kept telling me to talk to the front desk, but again no front desk. Basic things like additional towels, fresh towels, questions about the wifi they can’t answer in the app and then they tell you sometimes to call an 800 number but then those people can’t help you either as they will tell you they are not at the hotel. This is a case of foreign companies buying nyc properties to try and rent them out, but is unable to actually manage it. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. PS - pic shown is the “front desk” they kept telling me to check with for requests, at 10am.
