Situated in front of the iconic restaurant Felix Bar, you'll find yourself just a short 5-minute walk away from all the major subway lines, providing convenient access to all of New York City's wonders.

Please be advised that Soho is a lively neighborhood and hence can be noisy during weekends.

Emir communicated very well and was very kind. His place was very large, warm and comfortable. A good temporary home for our visit. I enjoyed going to Tribeca Bagel just a couple blocks away for my breakfast and bringing it back to the place to eat at the loft’s great table in the morning light.

It was just what we needed for a few days in the city. Great location, just around the corner from Canal St. Accessible to subway and public transit. Big spacious space we were a group of 4 and it never felt crowded. And we had everything we needed for an effortless trip, silverware, towels, washer. And the host was accessible and prompt. Would 100% book again.

Great location and the open artsy apartment, put us right in the mood for our NYC stay. Apartment had everything we needed and more. Emir was great and super responsive. There is a bar down below that plays music and you have the noises of the city, but that didn’t bother us, and kind of added to the SoHo vibes. We had the feeling of living in NY and would totally stay there again.

Excellent stay in a great location

We really loved your visit. You got to pick your neighborhood. SOHO has fantastic food and shopping options. Also close to Chinatown and Hudson River. The E/A/C and 1 trains are very close by. The living space is immense for NYC standards. Kitchen and bedrooms are small but adequate. Having a washer/dryer unit is a huge plus!
