La Terrazza di Rio is a two-room apartment arranged on two levels, with the living area on the lower floor and the sleeping area in the attic on the upper floor. Its highlight is the panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.

Rio nell’Elba is one of the oldest villages on the island, appreciated for its authentic and peaceful atmosphere. From here, it is easy to reach the beaches of the eastern coast and many nature trails.

Cozy two-room apartment on two levels, located on the second floor in the heart of the charming village of Rio Elba, ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday in an authentic and peaceful setting.

The apartment is arranged over two floors: on the lower level there is a living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed, equipped with TV, oven, and coffee machine; on the upper level there is an attic bedroom with a double bed, made more comfortable by a standing fan.

The real highlight is the equipped panoramic terrace, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors, breakfasts, and aperitifs overlooking the village.

Ideal for couples and for those looking for tranquility, it is a simple and functional solution, made special by the presence of a livable outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the authentic atmosphere of Elba Island.

Important notes:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a supplement of €40.00.
Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
Linen: bed linen and towels are not included; they can be rented on request at a cost of €40 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed. Requests must be made at least 7 days before arrival. Linen must be collected exclusively at our office in Portoferraio.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
