Gorgeous House with BBQ patio
Fell homey in our cozy and bright newly built house with a small BBQ backyard. Our house is situated right in the heart of Great Yarmouth and it is just a 3 minute walk from the lovely Yarmouth pier and sandy beach. This house is perfect for those with families or for those who seek a place with a homey feeling. The perfect location allows you to explore Yarmouth with no transport needed and there is a sainsburys supermarket just a minutes walk down the road accommodated by a petrol station.
A private mid terrace house with 2 spacious bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom which contains a zip link bed meaning it can be turned into a double bed if needed suitable for 2 adults or children. Modern and tasteful design ensures that guests will have a comfortable and welcoming stay. A small private and cozy backyard space for those that wish to have a BBQ or have a cup of coffee in the morning.
We will take care of your parking permit for one vehicle, so you can park around the area for free (Zone A). If you arrive with more than one vehicle, please inform us in advance and we will be happy to suggest the most convenient parking options.

Before your arrival, you will receive a rental agreement to sign, which includes all the house rules.
HOUSE RULES:
1. SMOKING. Smoking is prohibited inside the home.There is a designated smoking area on the back patio with ashtrays provided. Smokers are only to ash and dispose of cigarettes in the ashtray provided. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of £100/per night.
2. PARTIES AND SOCIAL GATHERINGS. Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Airbnb property. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of £800.
3. EXTRA GUESTS. No extra guests are allowed in the property. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of £60 for every extra guest per night.
4. NOISE. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 9am), and upon arrival and departure. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of £80.
5. TRASH. All trash must be disposed of in these designated bins and should never be left around the property. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of
6. KEYS. Keys are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The keys should never be replicated or left out. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of £50
7. PETS. Please always contact with us regarding pet fees. Pets are allowed in this property only with extra charge for deep cleaning. You will be charged extra amount of £30/per pet/per stay. If you specify the number of dogs when making a reservation, we will only charge for more than 1 dog.
8. EATING AREAS. Guest may use only specially designated areas (living room table, patio table) for their meals. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of repair of destroyed items.
9. SECURITY. All windows and doors must be locked before leaving the property. The owners of the property are not responsible for any left guests belongings. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
10. CHECKOUT ARRANGEMENTS. Guest must Check - out 11am at latest unless otherwise agreed. Keys have to be left in the lockbox, the property must be kept tidy, garbage must be disposed in the trash bin, dishes and utensils used for food preparation must be washed.
11. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. Illegal activity is not tolerated and the police will be called upon suspicion.
12. OUTDOOR CAMERAS. Touching, covering, twisting, breaking outdoor cameras is prohibited.
13. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. You must read hot tub and BBQ safety instructions which is located in the house.
