The space also features a compact kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stovetop and microwave—perfect for preparing your meals. A round dining table with pink chairs adds a cheerful touch, creating a pleasant spot to enjoy your meals.

The bedroom offers a cozy retreat with a large and comfortable bed, dressed with high-quality linens and decorative pillows to ensure restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom is sleek and modern, featuring a glass-enclosed shower with elegant marble-patterned tiles, along with fresh towels for your convenience.

Step outside to the rooftop terrace, a private haven where you can relax and unwind. With artificial grass, a hanging chair, and a dining area under a large umbrella, it is the perfect setting for al fresco meals or simply enjoying the sun in a peaceful atmosphere.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A cozy and well-located apartment in Porto, set in a central residential area close to Boavista and Massarelos. Guests are within walking distance of Casa da Música, the Crystal Palace Gardens, and the Serralves Museum and Gardens.
The area offers excellent public transport connections, with nearby bus routes and easy access to the historic city center, Ribeira riverside, and iconic landmarks like Clérigos Tower and Livraria Lello. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and cultural spots, it’s an ideal base for enjoying Porto’s architecture, green spaces, and vibrant local atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Faria Guimarães (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is about a 10–12 minute drive from the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
