This seven bedroom villa with a private pool situated in a countryside location but just a ten minute drive into Marbella town centre. The villa offers air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms and free WI-FI.

The house is decorated to a high standard and is accessed via a huge front terrace area which has a sofa and chairs and a round dining table and chairs. You enter the front door into an impressive dining room with high ceilings and four pillars, a large wooden dining table and chairs and two large ornate wall mounted mirrors at the end. To the left of the dining room is the lounge which is furnished with three sofas, a couple of arm chairs and foot stools, a marble coffee table and a smart TV

Off the lounge are a hallway with a toilet and a bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, chair and a ceiling fan, there is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink with storage underneath and a wall mounted mirror. On the other side of the dining room is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with plenty of work surfaces and cupboards and an island, there is also a utility room next to the kitchen which homes the washing machine and dishwasher. There is another bedroom leading off the kitchen with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and an en-suite shower room. Just in front of the kitchen is another smaller lounge area overlooking the terrace this is furnished with a sofa and two swivel arm chairs with foot stools.

Exit the dining room at the rear of the property and up some stairs and you find yourself on the second floor of the villa on a large terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and a couple of sun loungers, from here you have fabulous views across the countryside and out across the Mediterranean Sea. You also find five more bedrooms, the first is a completely separate unit with its own front door. It offers a king size bed, bedside cabinets, chair and mirror and an en-suite bathroom. Along the terrace is another bedroom with its own front door access and is furnished with two single beds, bedside cabinets, wall mirror and an en-suite bathroom.

At the other end of the terrace is a small apartment with three bedrooms and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a small wall table and two chairs, a fridge and sink and a kettle and coffee maker. Across the hall from the kitchen is a large bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and lights and a chest of drawers, a wall separates the bed from the en-suite which has a free standing sink unit, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Down the hall is another spacious bedroom with twin beds, a large comfortable sofa and an en-suite bathroom. At the end of the hall is the last bedroom which is furnished with two single beds, built in shelves and a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes, this room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom.

To the rear of the house is a private pool area which is fenced and gated, this has a large patio area with sun loungers and chairs and a brick built barbecue, trees provide some nice shady areas.
