ベッドのセットアップ：スイートには、ベッドルームにキングサイズのベッド、リビングルームにソファーから引き出したフルサイズのソファーベッドがあり、追加料金で1泊につき最大2台の追加の折りたたみ式ベッドをレンタルできます。 長期滞在：5泊以上の場合、折りたたみ式ベッドの料金と税金。

その他の注意事項

The room was clean, the view was fantastic, the elevators were a problem, especially on Tuesday night (Sept. 30th) when it took almost 10 minutes to get an elevator because they kept stopping them on the 26th floor and sending them back up to the 34th or 35th or some such floor because only those people were of any importance. That issue alone would stop me from staying in that tower again.

Great Stay

Wonderful hotel with a great room. Had full kitchen and washer/dryer. Mild issues with elevators but only on two occasions during five night stay did we wait more than two minutes. Food/drinks at the resort are expensive so nice to have the kitchen.

Enjoyed our stay

Nice layout as apartment is spacious. Full kitchen and sizeable bathrooms and closet. Easy access to all of Fountainebleu’s amenities. Only negative comment would be that the elevators are very slow, overcrowded and often break. We were told it’s an ongoing issue during busy times.

Fabulous Stay

This is a 5-star property! Location and amenties did not disappoint and its family friendly which is wonderful!! You can use the entire Fountainbleau property and pools. Having 2 bathrooms and two beds for my family and I was excellent. We will definitely be back again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

Great views!!!

Five of us stayed in the one bedroom for a 50th bday celebration weekend. The unit was exactly as described. We got a couple rollaway beds. Everyone fit fine. Awesome location. We requested clean towels midway through our stay and the hotel staff responded promptly. Everything was great!!!only mini downside was the elevator delays. Kinda rough … I’d recommend staying on the lower floor and just walking up.

Amazing place !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! This 1 bed studio with sunset views is very nice. Great place to come again! Valet parking included , access to all amenities, including spa. Location is the best 10, 15 min to Lincoln rd , brickell. We definitely will come back to this unit.

Owner is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Allowed us to check out 1 hour later. Loved the city view but a few things need to be looked at….just normal wear and tear items. Overall great trip.

Great space and fun amenities

Me and my 3 friends had a wonderful stay! The condo had a spacious layout and large kitchen. The included hotel amenities added a special touch. Bikes, water activities, yoga on the beach and the loveliest people helping out with the pool and beach set ups. We felt completed cared for and comfortable during our stay. The couch could have used a quick vacuum as there was quite a bit of debris. But over all the condo was in good shape.

Wasn’t quite what I expected

The apartment needed maintenance. There were a lot of things hanging off the wall that weren’t secure. I ended up hitting my toe and scraping off the nail polish off my nail almost breaking my toe. You know the elevators barely worked so that was frustrating cause I had to walk down the stairs twice And people were walking up word of 20 flights was nice. The resort amenities were great, but somebody needs to get a screw, screwdriver and an anchor in and secure everything. I do not feel like I got my moneys worth for this day would not stay again.

Dirty, dusty, crusty

The tower was built in 2005 and I don’t think this unit has been properly cleaned since then. Aside from the elevators being constantly out of service and scaling up and down 12 stories carrying a toddler, we found the unit filthy. Wish I could post updated photos so others could see the black mildew and mold growing in the shower, fur coat covered air vents, cigarette covered balconies and walls covered in grime. Even the refrigerator was left with a crusty food handprint on the handle. Light switches were black with fingerprints, visible dirt left under furniture, and interior windows with old handprints. Faucet was broken in 2nd bath and hot water didn’t work. If you still choose to make this your vacation destination, please pack sponges, dish soap and dish washer detergent because you will not be supplied with anything but shampoo and paper towels. Yucky!!

Incredible place

FB is an incredible hotel. The room was great and the workers here are very nice. Smooth process from start to finish. The resort is very very very spendy. Don’t order shots at the pool bar. All in all incredible stay.

Fun Stay

Overall, our stay was fun and the property was exactly what we expected. But upon checking in, the room was a little dirty and had a lot of popcorn kernels all over the floor. However, we did not let it spoil our time and we would definitely go again.

Beautiful & Spacious

The corner unit we had was great! The unit was much larger than we expected and while we didn't have the ocean the view of the lagoon and boats was very nice. It was very nice to have a full kitchen, though not stocked as well as it could have been. It would be nice to have furniture on the second balcony too, but overall we loved the space and would stay again!

Great space and amenities; disappointed in check in/housekeeping

This price was right and space was perfect from our family which included my daughter (16 months), husband and me. It had 2 full bathrooms which also included a bath tub, a door to the bedroom space we could close when our daughter went to sleep so we didn't wake her, and a full kitchen for groceries for our toddler. We enjoyed all the restaurants on the property, the view from the balcony, the pool and beach. We loved that parking was included because we did rent a car. It was great that the tower we were staying in had its own check in desk and the staff at the desk were very kind, however, I was disappointed when we arrived at 4:45pm that our room has not ready for us. We gave our number so that we could be texted when housekeeping was done cleaning the room and we never received a text. We had bought groceries before we got to the hotel that needed to be refrigerated and they had to sit out for a couple hours with our luggage before we came back to the desk to check on our room status 3 hours later. When we got to the room there were crumbs in the kitchen, hair and wet paper towel in clumps in the bathtub, and a used contact on the night stand. Overall, I was very happy with the space but very disappointed with housekeeping and the check in process.
