Just what I needed

I had a great experience staying in this apartment. The balcony ocean view was just what I wanted for a perfect sunrise view. The bathtub with air jets was a wonderful way to relax. The whole hotel is extremely nice, but I enjoyed the quiet and relaxation of the room the most. This room is highly recommended. Thank you too the host

Beautiful stay

Loved the place

Enjoyed my stay here, everything is basically exactly as the photos. The hotel is amazing, offering breakfast lunch and dinner places on the property. The pools are amazing! Overall we had a great stay!

Great place on the beach

Lovely room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The Fontainebleau is a wonderful hotel with top-rated restaurants and spa. I would highly recommend staying in the Sorrento suites. The only down side is the ability to hear people next door to your room. The door connecting a neighbor room has a huge gap underneath it, hence the ability to hear others. Also, the chrome cast ability to connect netflix and other apps did not work at all. Besides those two things, it was a lovely experience. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in South Beach!

Unforgettable

Took a long weekend for my birthday. As I've grown older I've prioritized making investments in memories. From the moment we pulled up to the morning of our departure i was made to feel like the whole resort was there to spoil me. There's something for everyone. We somehow ended up hanging out with an incredibly well known photographer in the gorgeous Bleu Bar in the lobby. Memories...crazy. Just go, you deserve the experience

Quick Staycation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Even though, it has been a while since we’ve been there, we still talk about it. If you’re looking to book an oceanfront hotel room, this is a nice place for that. My only thing was the check-in process. Whomever was at the desk for check-in was taking a while (10-15 minutes) to come out even though they were in the back. Other than that, the overall experience was great (4.6/5). It’s quite affordable as well. Thinking about it? Just go ahead & book it (:

FABULOUS!

We enjoyed our stay! This hotel is clean and highly sophisticated. It has the biggest club in Miami inside the hotel, we even saw P. Diddy. The views are amazing. Being right on the beach was amazing. I can go on forever. We loved our stay! The only negative is hearing people outside the hallways. You could literally hear conversations clearly and loudly. I've never experienced this at a hotel. But, we made sure not to stay in the room all day and night; to be able to hear noises. Hah! Overall, great place to stay!

Amazing view and value when staying at the Fountainebleau

Weekend getaway for 50th birthday

This was not our first stay at FB and won’t be our last. I’ve always done a vacation rental for FB and it’s always a great experience. This owner was wonderful! Always very communicative and responsive to my requests or questions. The room and view were fabulous. We would totally stay in this owners room again and we can’t wait to come back !

Staff wasn’t very responsive

When we arrived the air conditioner wasn’t working. I called the front desk staff a total of 8 times from 1am until 9am. My infant was sweating in the room it was so warm. Each time I called they said someone would be up in 20min per the policy. I called back after 20min multiple times and no one ever came. I waited from 20min to 1hr at most after each call and no one ever came all night. My calls were supposedly escalated due to my infant but again no one ever came. I called all night because she was awake and uncomfortable. My last call was 8am the next day and I was asked if I had been out on balcony to which I answered no. We check in the room at midnight and went straight to bed. I was told that I should check to see if the balcony was closed and it was. I was told to open the door and close it hard to see if the thermostat would come back on and that worked. I was disappointed that no one could have me do this all night long. More disappointing was that I reached out to the property manager for assistance several times and he never responded to me. 4messages and I never got a response. Lack of communication is unacceptable and for that reason I would not stay in this room again. When we got there the room was connected to another room and the area on the door where the lock is had busted wood which meant we could not lock our side of the door. My husband and I had to push the buckled wood back in place to be able to lock our door for privacy. The room is clean and spacious and just like the pics but the poor communication is a deal breaker for me as it should be for the property owner as well.
