The space
The apartment is chic and spacious with minimalistic decoration and abstract paintings that make you feel a familiar sense like you are home. The living room has a huge sofa where you can relax and enjoy at the large T.V. your favourite series at Netflix. From the other side is an open plan modern kitchen with fully equipped cooking area, Nespesso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, hot water boiler and all the amenities you need to cook properly a meal! The dinning area is modern Japanese style with comfy wooden chairs. There is a private balcony equipped with a dining table. All three bedrooms are fully equipped with inverter eco friendly air-conditioning and one of them is a Master bedroom with private bathroom and Tv. Mattresses are thick and very quality with eco friendly aloe vera materials offering you a deep sleep. Windows are new technology aluminium framing with triplex glasses that are minimising at the maximum outside noises and temperature to come inside the house. The bathroom is equipped with washing-drying machine and all necessary amenities! Hot water 24 from solar panels or boiler in case of cloudy weather. Fast wifi internet for your convenience! Outside the apartment on the public street you can easily find parking and is safe as the area has no criminality.
Meticulous and efficient cleaning has always been on our minds for our visitors. But now days it is even more critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of all new viruses infection. To re ensure the hygiene and disinfection of the property, we list below some of the actions that take place in the apartment between the departures and the arrivals of our customers in order to keep in high standards a clean and healthy environment so as to make you feel safe and comfortable in all areas of the house.
1. All rooms are ventilated for at least three hours of cleaning.
2.First we clean with soap detergents and water to remove dirt and after we disinfect with Special antibacterial cleaners in combination with bleach and alcohol 70% min. to properly kill germs on all surfaces and counters as also in individual sanitary areas such as toilet- bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen.
3. We Wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets.
4. We carefully remove any visible dirt or grime from sofas, carpets, curtains and other soft porous surfaces and then use the appropriate cleaner for the material. If possible, machine-wash items according to the manufacturer’s instructions
5. The vacuum cleaner bag is emptied after each cleaning.
