The apartment features two bedrooms: an elegant master bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds, with the option to push two beds together upon request to create a double bed.

It features two bathrooms, one of which has a sensory shower that can be controlled via an app to customize the music and LED lighting, offering an experience of pure wellness.

The home is rounded out by a spacious and bright living room with a dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer.

The apartment is located in a quiet and picturesque setting, accessible via approximately 60 outdoor steps and 20 steps inside the building. This detail, in addition to making the experience more authentic, is ideal for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle and nightlife, enjoying a quiet and private atmosphere.

The tourist tax is €2 per person per night.
