Overall a great house, the size, the price, and the location was exactly what I was looking for. I would stay here again. The actual house was perfect, beds were comfy and as pictured. Having TV in the rooms was nice. The outside area was clean. There was a crack in the pool deck but didn’t affect the stay. I will say the pool heater worked really well. We checked in Friday when it was turned on and it was a bit chilly but swim-able. Saturday and Sunday the pool was very warm, almost too warm. 5 stars, as mentioned I would stay here again especially because the walking distance to the clubhouse which has no entry fee. Something’s I wish I would have known or paid attention to in the listing:The towels are provided by a laundry service, they are not great. Felt very scratchy. I will be sure to bring my own next time. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and was clean. However there was minimal cooking supplies that would accommodate a party of 5 or more. We had to cook in batches because the pot to boil water and the frying pan were small. I know the listing mentions it’s anl a carte but I didn’t know the cooking supplies was limited. No sharp knives. Lastly the only other thing I would mention is the garage has a pet store smell to it, like a reptile exhibit. It’s not an issue when you open the garage and air it out when in there, but was surprised the first time I opened the door. There is no basketball shooting game in the garage.Clubhouse was great for the kids.
