Great vacation home

Wonderful location and made it to the Disney parks in no time at all. House was clean, spacious and easy. We really enjoyed the clubhouse and it is a super short walk to get there. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location great for families.

The house exactly as listed. It was clean and in the perfect location for Disney (15 min) & Universal (25 min drive). The kids loved the pool. There was a high chair and strollers which came in handy for our 11 mo old.

Everything was perfect. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was so clean, lots of towels. There were 14 of us total and each one of us had a wonderful memorable week.

Functional house

Overall the place was decent. Location good. Our pool was nice. Neighborhood had a gym which was crowded but good. House was very used. Pictures were a bit nicer than the actual place. But proved to be a functional home to rent for 5 days. Beds were not comfortable.

Great property lots of room

This property is a really nice home in a great location. The space is what really makes this a great property. There were 14 people in the house and we were not on top of each other. The home looks to have been lived in and past guests may have caused damage. Kitchen supplies need to be replaced and also maintenance needs to fix some stuff other than that it is a great property and you are in a central location.

Great 👍

I read a previous review right before staying. Since the review was bad, I contacted the property manager Before I arrived. I didn't experience any of the issues listed in the previous February 22 review. But the house was super clean , the property manager responded immediately , and our overall state was fantastic!

Very disappointing

First, the gates was always open. And did not work. Someone broke in my car and tried to steal it The house was dirty with blood stains on the pillows the shower curtain look like someone peed on it. The bed was very hard. Like if you landing on wood the couch was broken the smoke detector kept making noise upstairs the upstairs sitting room didnt have a remote control my overall stay was terrible.

Hello Ernest, We never had security issues with our guests in this area, the gate stays open during the day and It is closed all night. Nothing at the house was dirty, only stained, due to a last-minute reservation we couldn't change on time and we did change the day after check-in. The couch was replaced and it's all good now. We always have a remote control, maybe you didn't find it?! I am sorry you had a terrible experience, we are improving every day to better assist and accommodate our guests.

Overall a great house, the size, the price, and the location was exactly what I was looking for. I would stay here again. The actual house was perfect, beds were comfy and as pictured. Having TV in the rooms was nice. The outside area was clean. There was a crack in the pool deck but didn’t affect the stay. I will say the pool heater worked really well. We checked in Friday when it was turned on and it was a bit chilly but swim-able. Saturday and Sunday the pool was very warm, almost too warm. 5 stars, as mentioned I would stay here again especially because the walking distance to the clubhouse which has no entry fee. Something’s I wish I would have known or paid attention to in the listing:The towels are provided by a laundry service, they are not great. Felt very scratchy. I will be sure to bring my own next time. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and was clean. However there was minimal cooking supplies that would accommodate a party of 5 or more. We had to cook in batches because the pot to boil water and the frying pan were small. I know the listing mentions it’s anl a carte but I didn’t know the cooking supplies was limited. No sharp knives. Lastly the only other thing I would mention is the garage has a pet store smell to it, like a reptile exhibit. It’s not an issue when you open the garage and air it out when in there, but was surprised the first time I opened the door. There is no basketball shooting game in the garage.Clubhouse was great for the kids.

I would not stay here again.

Just some info about the house. It was dirty when we checked in. The baseboards in every bathroom and bedroom were absolute disgusting. The smoke alarm in the downstairs bedroom starting beeping the first night at 10:00. We had to run to the store and buy batteries and replace it. The batteries expired in 2020 so I assume all the other batteries in the remaining smoke detectors are expired as well. The pool area was filthy as well. There was only 5 forks so we had to purchase plastic silverware. The beds pillows were completely flat. 2 of us has to go to target and purchase new pillows. You might want to fix some of these things. Also been waiting for my deposit back and have asked multiple times with no response

Disney hurricane stay

I will preface by stating the location of the home for a Disney stay is ideal. However, the timing of our stay was impacted by hurricane Ian. It was actively hitting Florida and Orlando at the day and following day or check in. Due to this we asked the host for a one day refund as travel was not safe or accessible. I was surprised when the answer was no. I also reached out to VRBO but the answer was still no through the host. While I understand strict policies on cancellation, this circumstance was beyond everyone’s control. When we arrived rugs were piled inside and chairs and furniture still stacked in the corner on the porch presumable because of the hurricane. The house was clean however had overall wear and tear with couch with screw loose and toilet paper dispensers falling off of the wall. This was brought to their attention. We still very much enjoyed our stay but the unfortunate circumstances of the hurricane were disappointing.

Could Have Been Better

The house is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and welcome. However, the furniture is SUPER outdated and uncomfortable. The couch was broken and super low and uncomfortable. The chairs were wobbly, good thing we had a tool bag with us. The kitchen was missing lots of utensils. We kind of just worked with what we had. They did mention not supplying wash clothes in the notes which I couldn’t understand why considering towels were provided. The jacuzzi never got hot so we took a loss on even spending money for bubbles to be blown. The downstairs tub didn’t drain so the tub filled with water during the shower. Webs were on the cabinet knobs as if no one had been in the home for a while. Beds are super firm so if you aren’t used to firm beds you won’t like it. Our bodies ached because we are used to softer beds. The neighborhood is nice. Again the home is beautiful but could be updated a bit. Lots of potential

Property nice but needs more to enjoy stay

We had a family of 7 staying this week. We arrived to a leak from the air conditioner that was causing a flood in the kitchen. Management responded but not sense or urgency. They fixed the leak upstairs but left us to clean up the mess in the kitchen. Second floor furniture is good but pillows were flat and no additional pillows with cases to use. Main floor needs new furniture basket. Sofa is small, in three pieces and falling apart. Dining room chairs have wobbly legs and look like they could fall. Basic cleaning items, such as a broom are not there. Kitchen is also pretty bare with not enough dinnerware for the number of people it sleeps, and no extras of anything!! Nice place but needs more to be truly enjoyable For the week. We saw reviews after we booked that were recent citing the same issues and no one has done anything to address these things. Batteries dead in most remotes, light bulbs out and toilet paper/towel holders coming out of the walls.

Here is a detailed checklist of all the issues. These were brought to the attention of the property manager on our first day using the communication information provided in the house and no actions were taken Bathrooms: ... Master bathroom was dirty with hair in the soap dispenser; 2nd Bathroom shower was moldy; All bathroom drains don’t work properly; No water pressure if multiple people take a shower at one time; Towel racks and curtain rods fall off the walls or no towel rods at all; There are not enough towels for the amount of people listed on the house details Bedrooms, ... All mattresses and sheets were old and worn out; Pillows are stained and dirty; No pillow cases for second pillows Kitchen and dining room area; Table chairs and couch legs are unstable or broken ( someone will fall if not fixed ); The kitchen floor was swept but not mopped. ( we mopped it and the mop turned black ); Pots and pans are burned, run-down and rusted Game room, ... Basketball games is broken; Fuseball game legs are broken General, ... Hole in various doors throughout the house; Missing remote controls and none with batteries; Overall hygiene of the house is very bad

Nice home in a great location

This house was perfect for our family! It was situated in a great place with respect to the club house and the theme parks (although they weren't open due to COVID ). The only issues we had were the house was a bit warm for the first day or so until the air adjusted and there were several scuff marks on the walls that could have used some touch ups. Would definitely rent this home again.
