First, let me say that the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and these rooms were nice but the service was not great. We had a 4:00 check in for both of these rooms and when I went to the desk at exactly 4:00 to check in, neither were ready. We were here for my bachelorette party and I had 10 girls waiting to check in with me. It is simply not acceptable that the rooms not be ready when they are supposed to be ready. We were given excuses and told we could wait in the "Owner's Lounge" which does not solve my problem. I could just as easily have waited in the lobby because the Owner's Lounge was nothing special. At 445, our rooms were finally ready, after we sat there with nothing to do for 45 minutes. When I said this was unacceptable, the gentleman at the desk within the Owner's Lounge told me that he could give me "free" cleaning, once a day, for one room. Again, not acceptable. As the owners of these units, I think you should be aware that this is how the hotel is treating people. I was unimpressed, considering this is supposed to be one of the nicest hotels in Miami. The girls doing bottle service at the pool and beach were wonderful. I will also say that my fiancee ordered two bottles of champagne to be sent to us at 10:00 a.m. and they didn't arrive until 1215- no apology, no explanation. They wouldn't deliver them unless someone was in the room so I had to sit in there and wait for it. I know this is not the fault of the owners of these units but if they are within the hotel, you should care about the service that your guests are receiving.
