Thanks to the full internal insulation and underfloor heating powered by a heat-pump, this cottage is ideal for short winter breaks. Empty beaches and breaks, and a warm, dry base to return to.

The Ground floor of the cottage is light and airy, consisting of an open-plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining area. There is a comfortable sofa with an OLED Smart TV for use with guests' own streaming service accounts. The Kitchen is well equipped with a full-size oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The dining area seats four and is the perfect place to share a meal or can be used as a work-point.

The upstairs bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and dressing table. The bathroom is beautifully appointed with a full-sized shower and basin.

Outside guests can enjoy the use of a private patio area with seating. Ample private parking is available behind the property.
