Wonderful Vacation Rental

We love The Beach Club!

The hot tub closest to our condo was broke down and had apparently been for months. The indoor pool was shut down on a day that it really needed to be open due to weather. There was many more activities to do this trip. We loved bingo and the scavenger hunt. It is right by the elevators! Booking is always easy and instructions are very clear. We will definitely book a third time! We are already making plans for the next trip!

Stunning views with the best beaches.

We had a lovely time and the unit was roomy and comfortable with a large patio. Though a bit dated, it was still very nice. A beautiful property with stunning views and unbeatable beaches. Though we didn’t use them, there are a lot of amenities to enjoy.

Very Nice view

I loved the view of the balcony. It was very spacious and pretty. The room was comfortable, and the water pressure was very good. I also loved that the walk to the beach was fairly short. The layout of the buildings was nice in that the boardwalk wasn't far from the elevators. At the beach, my husband was able to run up to the room several times without trouble.

Needs updating

The condo was large and in a good location. But it badly needs remodeling. For the price I expected a place that was better furnished. The furniture was older and the TV in the living room was probably over ten years old, really small and the picture quality was bad.

Nice condo

Condo was exactly as pictured. Bunks were nice to have for the three kids. Easy beach access. Pools were nice. Condo could use some updating. My only wish was that nothing extra for the beach was included. We brought everything but if you flew in you would have to rent or buy chairs/umbrellas which many owners stock. Only other complaint is that Beach Club security was not very helpful. I called when kids were throwing hot dogs and tortillas from the 19th floor into the pool and he didn’t want to be bothered. Condo itself was just as pictured and check in/out was easy!

Nice location.

The Avalon building at the Beach Club is a nice location and the condo was as described. We only had a few things that bothered us and only one of which was at fault of the cleaning service the rentals use, I am guessing the previous renters had kids who liked goldfish bc they were all around the base boards. Our complaint with the resort however, all the hot tub heaters were broken and there were a few gate security people who were just rude. Btw, it is no big but there wasn’t any starter coffee filters in the unit, bring your own!

Awesome Vacation!

The Beach Club is AMAZING! It was our first time to stay there. We usually stay more “in town,” but it was so nice to be outside the crowd and just relax. We didn’t HAVE to leave, everything is there and convenient. The condo itself was great! It fit our needs and the number one reason we chose it was because of the bunk beds. We have 3 girls and we usually have to use the couch, too but with this one we didn’t. I do wish the bunk beds had more support under the top bunks as they do sag so you wouldn’t want a bigger kid/person up there. The master shower tile could use some bleach and new caulk, but it’s not too bad and the hair dryer needs to be taken down, it doesn’t work. However, I did find another one in a drawer in the bedroom while we were packing up and I was double checking drawers for stuff. Went all week without drying my hair because the hair dryer didn’t work, but there was one just not in the bathroom. We want to stay at this condo again, but I will check on stability of bunk beds before we book.

Great getaway!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Fort Morgan. Quiet area and less stressful than the main strip. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful family vacation. Condo was great and clean. Beach and weather were perfect. Our kids LOVED the bunk beds! It's the reason why we stayed in this unit. Looking forward to returning.

The Beach Club was very nice! However we did not have cable or internet through our entire stay.

The property manager did not take care of the internet/cable issues but instead told me to call Centrylink which I did and the problem could not be resolved over the phone. She never apologized for the issues! My mother has stage 4 cancer and requires periods of rest so tv would have been nice to if had. Otherwise the location was great! Will stay at the beach club again just not through this property manager. Lawn chair on balcony was covered in mold:(

Great beach vacation

Clean and fairly well stocked, everything in working order. One comment, not a huge issue, but if we had more than 2 adults or any children it might have been a problem as there were no cereal/soup bowls and a fairly limited supply of silverware.

Quick beach getaway

I took two teenagers to the beach for a long weekend, and this was the perfect set up. The condo was well appointed, the view was beautiful and the bunk room was ideal. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the condo was exactly what we needed. Perfect space with beds and baths. Nice kitchen and great location for being on the beach and among the amenities of the tennis area.

Do not rent!

Property outdated old and dirty. Plaster falling off walls and ceilings and dirty. Carpeting black from dirt. Top bunk springs and bottom bunk 2” mattress both dirty and painful to sleep on. Sheets and mattress pads so old on all beds fell off every night. Poorly stocked kitchen. Vacuum and brooms broken . Couch and chairs so old painful to sit on and dirty. 20+ old dusty pillows that were flat. All bedding dusty and had to be washed. Fire alarms old batteries (not changed) and triggered. Food on floor and not cleaned when Checking in. Overall extremely disappointing and would not recommend renting. Needs TLC first.
