The Space:

Immaculately updated 3 BR/2BA condo on the Gulf of Mexico at THE BEACH CLUB. Sleeps 8. Beds: King in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, and two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. 



Interior Appointments: 4 TVs (one smart), fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, electric grill on the balcony, and a washer and dryer. Beds and baths are outfitted with high-end cotton linens. 



When you need to get away, this is the place. Our recently updated 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo at the Beach Club resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and sleeps up to 8. This is a family-friendly, gated, resort complex with enough pools to swim in a different one each day of the week! Where else can you stand in the kitchen and look out at the fabulous private white sandy beach? Enjoy your coffee on the large balcony listening to the waves, looking for dolphins on their morning swim, or watching the sunrise and set. This is all just steps away!



The nationally rated Kiva Dunes Golf Course is a mere mile away! While the fabulous Peninsula Golf course is only 10 minutes away.

Complex/Resort Amenities: Each building has an outdoor pool & hot tub. Also the resort has outdoor grills, 8 lighted Rubico clay tennis courts, bike rentals, restaurants, bar & grill, arcade games, billiards, shuffleboard, golf simulator, ice cream shop, convenience store, chess, checkers, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, watersports rentals, beach chair rentals.



**Please note that this is a non-smoking complex. No smoking allowed inside or on balconies, nor any common area at The Beach Club.**

PARKING REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB

Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration policy at The Beach Club goes into effect. All guest reservations arriving June 1st or later are subject to a Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle, per stay.



Your reservation total currently includes 2 parking passes ($80, plus tax). Should you only need 1 parking pass, please let us know, and we can modify that fee to $40, plus tax. As well, if you have more than 2 vehicles, please let us know, so that we can add an additional parking pass for your stay.



The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club: RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups), trailers, buses, boats and jet skis,  and off-road vehicles.



*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.



**Please note that exterior construction work will be taking place at the Beach Club Avalon tower September 9, 2025 - March 15, 2026, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. Rent rates have already been discounted to reflect the construction and noise.**

Beautiful Views!

We loved our stay at the Beach Club!! The views from the large windows and deck were breathtaking! The pools and beach were both calm and family friendly. We had plenty of space for our family of 10 to fit comfortably. Would stay here again!

Family Vacation

We booked a last minute stay so we could spend time with our son before he deploys. We could not be happier with the condo! The rooms were perfect and the layout was very spacious and the views were breathtaking! 10/10 will absolutely book again!

Best condo I've ever stayed in

Loved the space and the amount of room. Everything we needed was there including an electric grill. They had extra pillows. A kurig, & plenty of cooking utensils and beach accessories like boogie boards and beach chairs.

Great!

Was the perfect getaway for a few days. The condo was just right for our family and the views were breathtaking. It was very clean and well kept which was important to us and a concern during the time of Covid-19. Felt very comfortable the minute we walked in. The resort was perfect and the beaches and area around it were beautiful. Would highly recommend this property. Would love to come back some day.

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, the views were great, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and there was easy access to the pool and beach. We had trouble working the tvs in the bedrooms, but the remotes could just need new batteries. I reached out to the property manager a couple times before our trip and they were very responsive and helpful.

Fun for the Whole Family

Really enjoyed our stay. :) The condo itself is nicely kept, while the Beach Club seems like it needs a bit of a refresher. We did have a little trouble checking in, but their call support staff was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we loved our stay and wold definitely come again. Thanks!

Just Beautiful

We loved the condo and the who complex!! From the Village Lawn to the Hideaway...we didn't even have to leave the complex. Loved not having to stop and "check in" or "check out"....All the amenities in the condo were superb, beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets and lots of kitchen utensils and cooking equipment provided. We will definitely recommend this unit and complex to anyone and will be coming back to The Beach Club for our yearly beach vacation!!

Great time

Family enjoyed the condo very much. Would have given all 5 stars except the washer and dryer unit is not very good. The dryer put holes in shirt and some black marks on a few pieces. Check in and check out process couldn’t get and easier. Place was very clean and decorated well. All in all a very nice condo

The condo is really beautiful, however I would recommend getting a new couch. The current one is very uncomfortable. The shower heads are also not great. Other than those two things the stay was terrific. It’s a beautiful resort.

Texas Fam Had Great Stay

Everything was as stated in posting. The air stayed cool in the apt, all appliances worked well. Having to pay for parking passes was not part of the charge but prices do change. Laundry door was a nuescense. But all in all great place!

Summer vacay

Great location & great condo overall. Unit needs some repairs (dressers broken, appliances) & updates to furniture. Couch and patio furniture in need of updates for comfort. Most difficult challenge is poor window covering in bunk rooms — kids unable to sleep. Condo building main hall lights enter directly into this room. Overall great location and amenities to building. We will visit Beach Club again.

Great time

Spending a week at the beach is good for your soul. Loved spending our mornings having breakfast on the porch and days at the pools. We had red flags at the beach but that didn't stop us from playing in the sand and getting our feet wet. The kids had to try out each bunk bed. Ha Everything was clean and comfy. Our only recommendations would be to have some kind of clock in the bedrooms so the kids dont wake up thinking it's time to party, and the couch in the living room is sagging and extremely uncomfortable. Besides that everything was great. We will be back!

Cheer camp

Stayed at the Beach Club for cheer camp. Condo was spacious but the dryer was faulty and tore and burned holes in lots of our clothing so we were unable to dry anything for a solid week. Put in a ticket for repair and the repairman came quickly but was unable to repair. He said he could only put in a request for the unit to be replaced. Also had a small refrigerator with several shelves on the door that were missing or broken so made space more limited for storage. Other than that the unit was in a great location on the 16th floor with spacious balcony.

The Beach Club is a great resort. We have been enjoying it over that last 15 years.

The resort is beautiful. We have been staying at the Beach Club for over 15 years. This is the first time we have ever used this particular rental company and this was our first time staying in this unit. When we arrived we were surprised to find a handful of problems and what looked like a quick cleaning that had me re-cleaning counters, cabinets, and appliances. The fold out couch was broken upon arrival and the couch had a huge sag in the middle making it uncomfortable to sit on. Pantry and closet doors were all off the tracks and I had to reach out to the rental company to address the problems. The ceiling was peeling and the dryer made permanent burn marks on a handful of our clothes. The master bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine was taking off. They did send someone out to rehang the doors and leave some light bulbs, but nothing else. The service man agreed the couch was broken and there was definitely problems that needed to be addressed in this particular unit. I never was able to talk to someone as all communication was done through a standard email with no particular name given except Alabama Beach Vacation Rental. Definitely not one of the nicer places we have rented while staying at the Beach Club. We will definitely rent through someone else next time.

We really enjoyed our stay and was exactly what the listing described. 1603A was a very nice property. Beach Club is a beautiful community. The wrap around balcony was so nice to enjoy the evening sunsets.
