The Space:

To your right, the first of two bedrooms features a four-poster king bed, wardrobe and brand new soundproof double-glazed windows for a restful night’s sleep.



Down the hall, a double sofa bed, a dresser and a desk offer both comfort and practicality. The bathroom blends industrial and traditional style charm with a spacious walk-in shower and plenty of storage for toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped including Smeg appliances, a Haier fridge freezer, microwave and a Tassimo coffee

machine, plus complimentary tea and coffee.



Opposite, a rustic dining table invites leisurely breakfasts or relaxed dinners. At the far end, the lounge offers a velvet sofa, a comfy armchair, a large smart TV and a Sony stereo for cosy nights in. The second bedroom, a tranquil retreat, looks out over the peaceful patio. From the living area, glass doors lead to the two-tier private patio and garden, sun-filled and serene, perfect for breakfast with birdsong before a day of London adventures. Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time.

Getting Around:

Getting around from the flat is incredibly easy:



- Westbourne Park and Ladbroke Grove Underground Stations: just under a 7-minute walk.

- Central London (Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace): around 5-10-minute underground journey.

- Paddington Station: just one stop on the Underground (approximately a 5-minute journey).

- Heathrow Airport: a direct 15-minute train from Paddington.

- The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking
