Casa Alpico is located in the scenic hamlet “Pino” of Varenna, on Lake Como, a few steps from the greenery of nature and just 3 km from the historic centre of Varenna.

The apartment is located in a verdant and panoramic area, ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment opens onto the living area, which has a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for cooking and a dining table. From here you enter the wonderful outdoor garden area, equipped with a deckchair to relax and sunbathe and a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking view during aperitifs, lunches or dinners.

The sleeping area instead consists of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
