The Space:

Each house follows the same layout and design, offering a simple and comfortable place to settle in. The layout is simple and practical, making it a comfortable place to relax after time at the beach. One house also includes a fireplace, adding an extra layer of warmth and atmosphere.



The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for everyday meals, with all the essentials you may need. The layout keeps cooking and dining simple, with everything close at hand.



Each house includes one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, along with an additional sleeping space in the attic, also set with a double bed. Both areas are air-conditioned, offering a quiet place to rest at the end of the day.



The bathroom features a walk-in shower and all necessary amenities, with a clean and practical setup.



The balcony and terrace areas look out toward the sea, with outdoor seating and a dining table that invite you to spend your mornings and evenings outside. The surrounding garden adds to the sense of space and calm.

The accommodation is set in the area avobe Egremni Beach, known for its long stretch of coastline, clear deep-blue water, and dramatic cliffs. Access is via a stepped path descending toward the shore, a walk that opens to wide views of the Ionian. The area feels quiet, with wide horizons and a slower pace, attracting travelers who prefer quiet surroundings and direct access to nature. Around 900 meters away you’ll find local restaurants, while the village of Athani, about 2.5 km away, offers a mini market for everyday needs, cafés, and more traditional tavernas.



Several well-known beaches are within easy reach. Porto Katsiki, also about 7 km away, is known for its white cliffs and turquoise water, reached by a stepped path. Gialos Beach is around 7 km away, wider and more open, with a mix of sand and pebbles. Vasiliki Beach, roughly 10 km away, offers calmer waters and is popular for water sports.
