Set directly opposite Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the main living area fills with warm afternoon light, and the round dining table positioned in the bay offers an uninterrupted view of the rides that is genuinely difficult to find anywhere else. When the sea air cools in the evening, the working fireplace becomes the natural heart of the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that guests return to after a day out. Those looking for a quieter retreat can step into the rear garden, a surprisingly peaceful spot where palm trees and festoon lighting give the outdoor space a tropical feel that sits in pleasant contrast to the classic Blackpool terrace out front. The flat is warm, thoughtfully equipped, and comfortable throughout, with everything needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.


The Layout

The flat occupies the upper floor of a classic bay-fronted Blackpool terrace, making excellent use of its front-facing position. The sun-filled bay window frames an uninterrupted view of Blackpool Pleasure Beach and forms the centrepiece of the open-plan lounge and kitchenette.

Living area
The lounge is bright and airy, with comfortable seating arranged around a working fireplace. A round dining table and chairs sit within the bay window, offering direct views of the Pleasure Beach from your seat. Two televisions and free Wi-Fi with an ethernet connection are available throughout your stay. The single sofa bed in this space provides sleeping accommodation for a third guest.

Kitchen
The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering, with a microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses are all provided. Tea and coffee are included for your arrival.

Bedroom
The double bedroom has a warm, restful feel with timber furnishings and comfortable bedding. Bed linens are provided for every stay, along with clothing storage.

Bathroom
The private shower room features a rain shower, toilet, and basin with generous vanity storage. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body soap are supplied. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available for guest use. Portable fans are provided for warmer months.

Outdoor space
The tropical-style rear garden features palm trees, festoon lighting, and outdoor furniture, making it a lovely spot to unwind after a day out. The exterior of the property includes a distinctive curved bay and a roof balcony visible from the front.


Location

The Condo sits in South Shore, Blackpool`s most vibrant and characterful seaside district, a neighbourhood that places guests right at the heart of the action while remaining a comfortable remove from the noise of the town centre. The beach and promenade are two minutes away on foot, and the entrance to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, one of the UK`s most-visited theme parks, is directly opposite the property.

The surrounding streets are lined with everything that makes a Blackpool seaside break so enjoyable: amusement arcades, fish and chip shops, seaside cafes, and souvenir shops, all within an easy stroll. Sandcastle Waterpark, the UK`s largest indoor waterpark, is also located nearby along the South Shore seafront and makes an excellent option for families or guests looking for a change of pace from the Pleasure Beach.

For exploring further afield, the Blackpool tramway runs along the promenade just minutes from the property, with trams running every ten minutes and linking South Shore northward through the town centre, past the iconic Blackpool Tower, and all the way up the coast toward Fleetwood. The full length of the Golden Mile is accessible without a car, making it easy to explore at your own pace.

• No parties or events
• Pets are welcome; a maximum of 2 pets are permitted at no extra charge. Guests will be asked to confirm ahead of arrival whether they are bringing any pets
• Maximum of 3 guests
• Check-in from 12:00 noon; check-out by 10:00am
• The flat is located on an upper floor. Please contact us in advance if you have any accessibility or mobility requirements


Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
