Tucked into the pine-carpeted hills of Mas Mestre, Villa Charma is a multi-level Mediterranean home full of character and designed for laid-back outdoor living. Walk through the main entrance and into the bright living and dining space, where floor-to-ceiling windows pull in hillside views. The open-plan kitchen is modern and sociable, with a central island that’s perfect for lazy breakfasts or evening aperitifs. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, a second living room with a sofa bed, and a Jacuzzi bath add to the villa’s easy-going appeal, offering ample space for families or a group of friends.

Step outside and the atmosphere shifts to Mediterranean holiday mode. A curved stone staircase leads to a vibrant outdoor area where a private pool glistens in the sun. You’ll find terraced levels for sunbathing, an open-air bar, and a rustic outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue and pizza oven. There’s even a shaded games room with darts and a pool table to keep the whole group entertained.

Surrounded by forested hills and just a 15-minute drive from the beachside buzz of Sitges, Villa Charma feels worlds away while still within easy reach of everything. The panoramic views across the Garraf Natural Park and the peaceful, pine-scented setting create a real sense of escape.

Set in the tranquil Mas Mestre residential area, Villa Charma sits in green hills and fragrant pines, just a short drive from the vibrant coastal town of Sitges. While the villa’s immediate surroundings are all about calm and privacy, you’re never far from action. A scenic 15-minute drive brings you to Sitges’ palm-lined promenade, golden beaches, and vibrant cultural scene. Explore its boutique shops, beach clubs, seafood restaurants, and the famous old town full of whitewashed buildings and art galleries.


For daily essentials, the nearby village of Sant Pere de Ribes offers bakeries, cafés, and supermarkets, while wine lovers will enjoy the region’s proximity to the Penedès vineyards, known for producing some of Spain’s finest cava.


Outdoor adventurers can take to the trails of the Garraf Natural Park, which wraps around the villa and stretches all the way to the sea. Whether it’s hiking, biking, or simply meandering through sleepy hilltop villages, there’s plenty to explore.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

Please note that the full capacity of 9 guests includes the use of an additional sofa bed, available on request and for an extra cost of €22 per night.



1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
