Rainy but Beautiful

Our stay was wonderful. What a beautiful condo! Although it rained most of the week we had plenty to do on the property. I've been to this property before (different condo) but the new pool and bar were incredible additions.

Fabulous stay

Condo was as it was in pics. Lots of seating for lounging. Great beach view. Everything we needed was there. Would book this again!!

Enjoyable week at the beach

Beautiful location, great unit with views of sunrise and sunsets…. on the beach with many pools and a lazy river. Needed towels and potholders in the kitchen, Instructions for turning on TV and cellular service was not good in the condo. Two bedrooms needed more storage for clothes. Overall It was comfy and well maintained condo. ❤️Orange Beach!

Great condo in a great location

Clean and convenient condo. Nicely appointed with beautiful decor and all you need in a kitchen. Huge plus to be on a level where you are able to park and walk in! No elevators needed except for beach and pool.

More memories made

We were impressed with all of the extra details in the design elements of this condo. This is something I look for when I’m making a decision on which unit to choose.Everything was as pictured on the VRBO sight. Beds were very comfortable which can sometimes be an issue,they were perfect. Julia was a great host,checking in along the way. We left the day the new pool and outdoor spaces opened sadly.But we already had another stay booked for the fall in this Complex.We are all excited for a return visit!We would 100% book this Unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nicely decorated. The only issue we experienced is cleanliness. The floor was dirty and sandy. I spilled a little water from a glass and upon wiping it up the paper towel was black. Need to hold the cleaning people accountable. Also, there was no dust pan so we had to improvise to keep the sand in check. If these issues were remediated, I would rent again from this owner.

All good except ....

The phone reception was really bad. 3 of us were from Illinois and we have Verizon Service. If we wanted to call someone we had to use our friends phone who lives in Florida. We could text with no problem. Internet service was fine. When I called "someone" to get information sent to me early about what was included like dish detrgent, soap etc etc. that person was a bit rude but i figure he was just having a bad day. Overall, we were all very happy with our choice (except the phone service)

Living room furnishings very poor condition

Living room furniture very poor condition and dirty. We laid towels over accent swivel because of poor cleaning. Also found food under bed and in pull out sofa. Otherwise loved the condo and loved that there was a bathroom and shower in every bedroom it made it so easy for privacy and room to get ready! Great views and loved that it had same floor parking, made loading and unloading so easy! We choose this place because of amenities pool lazy river and slides!!! So glad we did because it was our kids first time in ocean and they were not a fan of the waves and taste! So we spent a lot of time in the great pools! Overall we would definitely rent again just would have been nice to have cleaner more updated couches and accent chairs.

GREAT CONDO

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start with one of my more important things, and that is, the condo was very clean. That's a huge deal to me. I'm kind of a germa phobe and it met my expectations. Another BIG deal to me, is the bed was very comfortable. Also, a nice feature was the patio furniture was different than just a table and chairs. It was nice to go take a nap on the patio on the couch. All the furniture in condo was top notch. The only thing i would recommend is they need to invest in a Keurig. We use a keurig b/c we like two diff kinds of coffee, so I had to bring my own. Other than that, everything was really, really good. I'd def. stay here again.

Beautiful unit

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful unit with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and the set up was perfect in the kitchen and living area. Our children loved having breakfast at the small window high top along with outside on the comfortable patio set. Be sure to pack regular ground coffee and filters as this unit does not have keurig. Also since this was during Labor day weekend, we were a little disappointed that the snack shop on the ground floor was closed and the pool area not managed well. We had small children and saw others with elderly that had no place to sit around the pool area early because there was no guard on staff to assure that the lounge chairs were not being held. Other than those property management issues, the unit was wonderful and we would highly recommend. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Family Beach Vacation

What a great place for our family to enjoy a great sun-filled week!! The views were awesome from the balcony and the unit was just as described. Perfect set up for a family stay as each room provided the privacy needed for each family! We had our 15 month old granddaughter with us for her 1st beach vacation and everything was perfect for her. She could see the ocean through the windows in the living area so didn’t have to be out on the balcony. The furnishings were comfortable and the unit was clean throughout! Julia checked in with us during the week and the communication was excellent before and during our stay! Plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment including a short drive to Pensacola to watch a Blue Angels practice session. Thanks Julia for such a beautiful vacation home!!

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is so beautiful. The furniture is great, outdoor and indoor. Our only con would be there is none of the basics to cook with. You will for sure need to bring salt, pepper, etc as well as a baking dish if you want to cook dinner. There wasn’t a 9x13 dish of any kind. There is also not an Keurig so you need coffee for a regular coffee pot. You will also need to buy washing detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels if you plan to spend more than 3 days. Other than that, the condo was perfect.

Nice condo but public areas of the building need work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is very nice with tons of space for my family to use. However We were very disappointed in the condition of the indoor pools and other shared facilities. The indoor pool's water was very cloudy because it was so dirty. If you went in the water, as we experienced with my young son, he came out covered in long hairs that were not his. It looked as if the water wasn't ever filtered or the pool vacuumed on a regular basis. It was disgusting so much so that my husband and I refused to go in. Additionally the lazy river was also very dirty, as if no one has cleaned the walls of the pool for years.As for the elevators, we had to wait, sometimes up to 15 minutes, for an elevator to come to our floor. This was because only a handful were working during the time.We were pretty shocked to see little to no oversight of the building management unless you went down to the front desk directly to complain.The condo was nice but the overall property was a big disappointment. Luckily the beach is beautiful, which made up for the shortcomings on the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for our family. We found everything clean and tidy inside, and can’t think of anything we wish there would have been that wasn’t included. The views are great, and the location can’t be beat. The location of the unit is super close to elevators and parking. The only complaint we would have is the patio cushions on the balcony furniture are very worn and had a heavy smoke smell. At this price point these should be replaced. Having said that, We would not hesitate to stay here again and again, and would highly recommend this unit if you are considering Phoenix West II or Orange Beach.
