This lovely apartment is the perfect place to relax and enjoy peaceful ocean views in a comfortable and welcoming setting. Step into a bright living room where a dark blue sectional sofa invites you to unwind while watching TV or simply enjoying the natural light coming through the large glass doors. The adjacent dining area, featuring a glass-top table and four chairs, creates a pleasant space for meals or planning your next adventure.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals with ease. Ample counter space makes cooking practical and enjoyable throughout your stay.

Retreat to the cozy bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights and maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the surroundings. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Caniço, located close to the beautiful Reis Magos Beach and Madeira’s stunning coastline. Guests can enjoy seaside walks, natural swimming areas, and nearby restaurants with ocean views.
The area offers easy access to scenic viewpoints, diving spots, and levada walking trails, while Funchal’s historic center is just a short drive away. Perfect for a relaxing stay combining nature, coastal beauty, and the charm of Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There is no train station on Madeira Island, as public transport is mainly provided by buses. Several bus stops are located within a short walking distance (2–5 minutes) from the property, offering connections to Funchal, Caniço, and nearby areas.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
