家は最近復元し、2つの独立したT1アパートに変わりました。 この小さな一人！
フンシャル湾の壮大な景色を望むモダンなデザインで、とても快適で居心地がよく、一年のパーティー中に、建物の共用テラスの素晴らしい花火大会を鑑賞して楽しむことができます（2つのアパート） 。
バスルーム付きの広々としたベッドルーム（ダブルベッド）、設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングエリアがあります。
それは追加料金なしで車（駐車場A）のための専用ガレージがあります。
高速道路へのアクセスに近い、地理的に優れた場所にあるため、島中を移動して美しい自然の風景を楽しむことができます。また、フンシャルの歴史的中心部にも近く、徒歩でも移動できます。

The property is located in an ideal location 10/15 minutes from the sea and most restaurants. It is located up a hill so as long as you don’t mind a walk it’s perfect! With lovely views down over Funchal it makes a pretty perfect base for your holiday!

Comfy stay in great location

The location is perfect, in a quiet neighbourhood but close to all amenities. The beautiful view from the bedroom window is of the port so you can watch cruise ships, marine traffic and wave action when the swells are high. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable and the deck is large and pleasant for relaxing.

Our holiday

Very good location. Near the city center.Very steep road to the garage, it requires good driving skills. Everything worked well. Enjoyed the sunrise from the little terrace while having breakfast. Nice view on the city and the ocean.

Great place if you like hard beds

This is one of the hardest mattresses we’ve experienced in Europe. An extra soft cover mattress would help a lot. The view and outdoor area is great and more amenities than you would expect! Will come back if they do something to the bed.

Everything was fine. From perspective afterwards, we would suggest take the larger appartment. Going by car up the street and into garage you should be not frightened.

Excellent Funchal Appartment

The stay at this Appartment was lovely and working with the host was easy! Everything was as the listing stated and we would recommend this Appartment! The only thing we had trouble with was the garage was very tight if the other spot is full. It was doable, but a smaller car would be easier to park.

Location is quite good, but bear in mind that the garage is tinny and the street is too narrow yo entre with a big car. There is no champoo or gel. The frypan was disgusting, so we bought a new one and, obviusly brought it back with us. Washing machine is outside and it’s shared with the other two apartments. You will walk trhought a steep hill to get there

It was a nice place to stay within our budget! Judite was great and everything was clean, worked, and felt safe. Judite even accommodated out late arrival - 12:15 am! On the other side, we were aware there was no air conditioning but the apartment often got quite hot and muggy. While the parking was an excellent accommodation, it was quite a tight fit after a precarious drive uphill. All things considered, would absolutely book again!

Our stay here was great! The place was very clean and spacious. It was a perfect accommodation for the two of us. The location is great too. About a 20 minute walk from the city centre so not too bad. It is higher up though and the street leading up to the place especially is incredibly steep so be warned of that. The bathroom had a bit of a weird smell to it but it was no big deal really. The one biggest warning I have for this stay is the parking. The parking garage is a shared space and for this listing, spot A is incredibly hard to get into as there is part of the garage that sticks out on one side and a car on your other side. The street is a one way street and is very narrow making it difficult to get in and out as well so if you're not a great driver just be aware of this. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our entire stay here!

Clean, safe apartment with good location to downtown

This is a very nice apartment about 10-15 minute walk (uphill) from downtown Funchal. Very safe, but you'll work up a sweat. Lots of restaurants/shops/bars etc.. in the area. As far as the apartment, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked as expected, and the view was wonderful with a little terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. My only suggestion would be to have an oscillating fan for those warm days. There was no A/C.

Pleasant stay in cozy apartment with great views.

As we stayed in apartment A, we loved to watch the sunrise over the sea from our bed. We relaxed a lot on the patio and had our meals there and often wind off in the evenings on the hangig chair on the terrace. The kitchen provided a sink, induction stove, knives in all sizes, even wine glasses. The pots and pans are small but overall totally suited for two people. The bathroom was clean. The city center, supermarkets and bus stops are reachable in a short walking distance. As Funchal lies at the bottom of mountains, prepare for a very short hike to get to the apartment. The view makes up for everything. ;)

Centrally Located Funchal Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Funchal. The unit we rented was too small for us but that was a problem with our choice, not the owner’s. However, it was extremely well equipped particularly in the kitchen.This apt is perfectly located, only 10 minutes walk to the marina, La Vie shopping centre and a myriad of activities, museums and restaurants. There is a magnificent view of the city and the cruise ship docks from the terrace. Our hosts were very accessible and answered quickly whenever we had a question. Due to its hillside location, this would not be appropriate for people who have fitness or mobility issues but for us it was great to stay fit while vacationing. We would definitely consider renting this property again albeit choose one of the larger units.

Soggiornato nell'appartamento A. Ben arredato e ben attrezzato ma non ci sono la lavatrice nè il bidet (che sono elencati tra le dotazioni). La vista mare si ha dalla camera da letto, mentre la cucina ha una finestra che dà sulla scala interna della casa e il bagno è cieco. La cucina odora di muffa e il bagno puzza di fogna in modo permanente...La stradina per raggiungere la casa è stretta, curva e in forte salita, pertanto è necessario avere un'auto piccola e, comunque, è difficile fare manovra per entrare nel garage, soprattutto se presente l'auto nel posto a fianco, di competenza dell'altro appartamento.È possibile parcheggiare poco sotto a meno di 1 euro l'ora dalle 8 alle 20 ma per salire a piedi vi auguro di avere gambe buone!Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio!
