One of its great attractions is the direct private access to the beach from the urbanisation itself, located just 100 metres from the apartment. The property is surrounded by some of Marbella's most renowned beach clubs and chiringuitos, such as La Cabane, Oyana and Los Sardinales, perfect for enjoying authentic Mediterranean lifestyle. Furthermore, golf enthusiasts will find some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol just minutes away, including Río Real Golf, Santa Clara Golf Marbella and other prestigious clubs in the area.



The apartment features 2 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, automatic blinds, Smart TV and high-speed fibre optic wifi connection, ideal for both holidays and year-round remote work stays. The two private terraces are perfect for outdoor breakfasts, Mediterranean dinners or simply relaxing after a day at the beach or golf while enjoying Marbella's unique climate.
