Other things to note:

*Air Conditioning Clarifications*
Window AC units have been added to each bedroom of this semi off grid cabin as of June 2026. Northern Arizona summers are mild with cool breezes and temperatures that drop significantly at night (into the 50-60° Fahrenheit range during the summer months). Please be aware these AC units are *only in the bedrooms*. Other living areas of the home do not have air conditioning. Opening windows at night is usually enough to keep the home naturally cool. Additional fans are also provided throughout the home.

Please be aware we are located roughly 200 yards down a dirt road. This road is easy to drive most of the year, but if its been raining or snowing guests might consider coming in an AWD/4WD sedan, SUV, or truck.
