Designed by our architect to offer you a pleasant sense of relaxation, this ground-floor apartment is entirely surrounded and framed by an exclusive, fenced-in garden that makes it one of a kind. Here you can escape from the world, wake up to the sound of birds singing, enjoy breakfast outdoors, or have an aperitif at sunset surrounded by greenery—all while still being in the city.

To make your stay completely worry-free, you’ll have another great perk at your disposal: a private parking spot, so you can forget about your car the moment you arrive.

The apartment, renovated in 2020, is barrier-free and easily accessible for people with disabilities. It features air conditioning in every room and mosquito screens on every window to ensure your utmost comfort. It also offers:
