The 280-square-meter apartment spans two floors, featuring a modern design that harmonizes with the historic architecture. It includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace overlooking the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the house.



The garden is for exclusive use, with a private entrance and parking. From October to mid-May, upon request and for an additional fee, you can access the wellness area featuring an indoor pool, sauna, and relaxation zone in the courtyard’s historic barn.
