Southern feel in refurbished home by shore

At the end of a quiet road is a classic, beautiful cottage facing Sejerøbugten. It has been in the family since it was built in 1951, long before Odsherred had become the beautiful, active cottage area it is today.



The house is located on a natural plot and faces south, so you are sheltered from the north and west winds and have sun on the terrace all day long. There are not many meters from the terrace to the water's edge and the dazzling view hits you as soon as you enter the house. In fact, the view can be enjoyed in every room of the house.



Inside, the interior is bright, stylish and stylishly decorated. The bio fireplace creates coziness in the fall and winter, and the large folding doors to the terrace blur the line between inside and outside in the summer. You can set a beautiful table inside or out, because absolutely nothing is missing. Every detail has been thought of.



The beach is mostly to yourself and after a swim or run, you can easily jump into the outdoor shower for a rinse. As the day draws to a close, it's great to let your body sink into the warm waters of the built-in spa and be mesmerized by either the sunset or the starry sky.



In addition to the kitchen and two bathrooms, the house has five lovely bedrooms, so there's plenty of room for everyone.



The house was completely renovated in 2019/2020 and therefore has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a built-in music system for both inside and outside and you can easily stream e.g. Netflix on the TV. The new wireless internet even reaches all the way down to the beach. For families with children, there's a sandpit with toys for younger children on the grounds and berry bushes to pick in season.



If you want to be active, you can borrow the house's sit-on-top kayak for two adults and one child or a SUP board. There is also a variety of fitness equipment that you are welcome to borrow.
